1 month free broadband for each referral who becomes a new customer. NB: Qualified by at least 3 months continual service paid for, therefore award paid after 3 months. This is because we do not have contracts, so cannot pay awards if new customer lasts less than 3 months.

** You will be put on the abusers list for downloading more than 3Gb as per our Acceptable Use Policy in any one day and have your bandwidth restricted. Paying to be released is no guarantee that you will not be put back on the list the following day.
Cancellations
In the event of cancelling the agreement with Eastserve, ALL equipment in the house i.e. power supplies, bridge equipment (modem) and associated cables, Cisco cards etc need to be returned to the office and you must complete a cancellation form. We are not resposible for cancelling any Standing Order / Direct Debit set up with your bank.
