Setting up Outlook Express
If you find that you're accessing half a dozen different e-mail accounts from half a dozen different websites, then you can set up Outlook Express to retrieve your e-mails all in one go.
To set up an account to pick up your Eastserve Webmail in Outlook, just follow these steps...
- Open Outlook Express and click on tools and accounts at the top
- Click on Add, then click on mail
- Enter the name you want to display, then click next
- Enter your email address
- Make sure that you select the incoming server as IMAP(if IMAP is not selected then it will not work) Enter the incoming and outgoing servers as shown: mail.eastserve.com then click next

- Enter your Eastserve Email address as the account name and enter your Email password, if you do not tick remember password then you will be prompted for your password each time you check your mail ( if the remember password is ticked on a unsecured PC then anyone can view your emails!) then click next

- All done, if you have multiple addresses you can repeat the process, just make sure you select the right type of mail server
