We offer the full range of PC servicing from a general health check to component and software installations. Eastserve, on the whole, does not provide components for resale although we can point customers in the right direction where they can be obtained for a competitive price. note: Repairs take up to 7 working days for completion although we aim to reduce this depending on our workload. Following are the scale of charges for the services we offer:

£25 for the 1st hour and £10 for every extra half hour PLUS the price of the repairs.

Terms and Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing all parts and ensuring compatibility. Please note an extra charge will apply if the software or hardware is not compatible.
New hardware and software must be new and supplied with the original box or packaging sealed.
All software must be Legitimate with original serial numbers - For legal reasons Copies will not be used (Don't ask as refusal often offends!).
*Cost of initial diagnostic inspection is redeemable against any extra work taken out on the PC (Only valid on day of inspection).
**If the computer is a Non Eastserve PC then a Legitimate Windows Operating System must be provided.
All Hardware installations/upgrades come with a 30-day warranty. If the work is deemed to be unsatisfactory and the fault lies with Eastserve, we will undertake to correct the problem, at no additional charge.
