PC Repair Centre

We offer the full range of PC servicing from a general health check to component and software installations. Eastserve, on the whole, does not provide components for resale although we can point customers in the right direction where they can be obtained for a competitive price. note: Repairs take up to 7 working days for completion although we aim to reduce this depending on our workload. Following are the scale of charges for the services we offer:

New Hardware Installations.
Initial Diagnostics* Diagnostic Charge (non refundable) for initial fault finding on PC or any other equipment and is payable on the day the equipment is left at our repaircentre, this is redeemable against the cost of works/repairing the same equipment on the day. * this is not redeemable against any future repairs undertaken.	£10

Health check Includes Scandisk, Virus check, Disk De-fragmentation. Cleaning of parts, spy ware removal, windows updates, install free Anti-Virus program with updates.	£30

Re-install of Windows Basic system & windows updates + install free to use Anti-Virus program and updates. note: Customer must have the original Windows serial number/license attached to PC.	£30


Data Backup Charge. If you require any data/pictures saving before reinstallation of Operating System (Windows) there is a charge for this. note: we can not save/copy any installed programs.	£5

Installation of additional software packages (must be original programs with serial number if required).	£10

Floppy Drives, CD\DVD Rom drives, Second Hard Drive (without windows operating system)	£15

Sound/Video Card inc drivers, Memory (RAM), Power Pack, (Internal items)	£15

Installation of external items i.e. Scanners, Printers, Digital Cameras etc (including software and drivers)	£15

Install replacement Hard Drive including Windows Re-install and updates with free to use Anti-virus program. (non Eastserve PC owners must provide a legitimate operating system with a valid serial number)	£45

Motherboard installation including Windows operating System + Updates + drivers. Total system rebuilds	£50


Callout Charges.
£25 for the 1st hour and £10 for every extra half hour PLUS the price of the repairs.

Terms and Conditions

Customers are responsible for providing all parts and ensuring compatibility. Please note an extra charge will apply if the software or hardware is not compatible.

New hardware and software must be new and supplied with the original box or packaging sealed.

All software must be Legitimate with original serial numbers - For legal reasons Copies will not be used (Don't ask as refusal often offends!).

*Cost of initial diagnostic inspection is redeemable against any extra work taken out on the PC (Only valid on day of inspection).

**If the computer is a Non Eastserve PC then a Legitimate Windows Operating System must be provided.

All Hardware installations/upgrades come with a 30-day warranty. If the work is deemed to be unsatisfactory and the fault lies with Eastserve, we will undertake to correct the problem, at no additional charge.
